Keep in mind that a certification of excellence doesn’t guarantee that there will be no mistakes on the part of your mechanic, but it does guarantee that a certain level of excellence has been sought and acheived.

 • What is their warranty policy on repairs.
 • Does the auto shop have their hourly labor rate clearly posted.
 • Is the auto shop work area and waiting room clean and attractive  looking? 
 • Did the auto shop answer your phone call with a professional greeting.
 • Does the auto repair shop offer free diagnostic  testing 
 • Does the auto repair shop offer any customer testimonials
